All right, so we have a motion by Alderman Mortimer to open the floor for public participation, seconded by Alderman Forbes. This is on the motion. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Seeing none, this is the opportunity for anybody, members of the public, to come forward to speak on any matter on the agenda, and we welcome any members of the public who wish to join us this evening.
