▶ 21:30 Francis X. Wright Jr.: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This was my motion. I'm happy to report that with the help of the clerk of committees, we've been able to formulate answers to the questions that the members had at our last meeting with regards to this. but more importantly I think I think by filing this motion and discussing it with some of the members I was able to get the ball rolling and with the help of MMTV they've now started posting all our meetings on their website and they've been linked to the city website so as I understand it they will be able to and I guess i posted i'll just go back a second they're posted through vimeo if i remember correctly but in any event those meetings will be on the city website they will be retained there and available so one could actually go back and look at older meetings and that the hits will be able to be determined so what I would like to do is perhaps send this to the full board for the purposes of sending it back to committee and you know if we have enough hits then it might be worthwhile looking into whether or not we want to pursue the IQ m2 which is an easier way to look at it because you can click on the agenda items and go right to that discussion but for the time being since we don't offer that now perhaps if we can measure the hits as i believe alderman inferno suggested last time that we might get a sense of you know how much interest there is in in looking at our meetings online when it's convenient for people as opposed to trying to watch them live or catch up on an item that you may be interested on on the repeat of a broadcast so this would allow someone to scroll through and find an item that they're interested in so that's my suggestion that we send it to the full board for the purposes of sending it back to committee so we can sit in committee and we can get a sense of usage over the next several months very good is there any further

Medeiros: And as I was reading this over, I was thinking and wondering if we're putting the times in our minutes, in our meeting minutes, so that perhaps somebody at home, if they're watching along with the video, they can kind of do it on their own to see how many minutes in a certain discussion happened in the meeting. so I don't may be easier to kind of do that in our meetings if the clerk or committees or the city clerk could maybe do that as they're going along but it's just just a thought and this may be in there already thanks all right that's

Wright Jr.: everyone seems to be looking at me I would say I'm fine with that that might be something more easily done downstairs with the MMTV staff because they would have the actual readout of the time as each agenda item comes up but I I think it's a great idea I just don't want to speak for MMTV I don't know if the city clerk or the clerk of committees really has a sense of time when they're sitting in this room as to but I think again maybe they can go shut me off if they I don't like the idea downstairs, but perhaps that could be an inquiry that's made directly to MMTV.
