▶ 12:09 Peter D. Mortimer: Alderman Mortimer. Thank you very much, Chairman Byrd. Mr. Lane is my neighbor and he's a really, really hard working guy. He's a retired golf pro, so he's good for the golf course, but he's also a neighbor of Mount Hood, the biggest park in the city of Melrose. He's been on there for a couple of years now, and he's done a great job. He's already had them beautify the golf course extensively, beautify the park, open up some of the walking trails. He's been a great asset to the Park Commission, and we're really lucky to have him.
