▶ 10:23 Jaclyn L. Bird: Good evening, be it the hour of 742, I would like to call to order the Public Service Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. Today is Monday, August 25th. Alderman Byrd chair of this committee and with us this evening are committee members vice chairman Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Ferna, Alderman Wright, Alderman Mortimer, President Kahn and non-voting members of the committee that are present this evening include Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman McAteer
