Higgins a long long time since I was a young man growing up in this city he's he's a good solid guy and he has been a constable for 35 years in the city and as he indirectly alluded to and directly referenced in his opening comments he does deal with a lot of very sensitive situations in his job as a constable and as far as I know and I know a lot about what happens in this city he's always handled the problem very very smoothly usually without any problems and he's able to accomplish what he needs to do in the course of his job without anyone getting hurt without any of our police officers getting hurt and everyone goes home in one piece which is rule number one for law enforcement officers Thank You mr.
