▶ 2:08 Speaker 1: newsletter for May and I wanted to let you know that the reason I'm asking for this increase this is for the current fiscal year thank you this is for the current fiscal year and I'm asking for the permission to spend five thousand dollars more of the revolving account and the reason I'm asking for it is the newsletter I just gave you under programs it will show that the kind of programs that we have been offering are changing and they're very popular and so if you look down the left side there are art courses and creative writing photography and Reiki and these are courses that are series or you know several at one time so what's happened with the revolving account is people are making payments to go to these courses and then I am paying the invoices for instructors so it's an even it's even but it also need means that in order to do this kind of programming I need the cap lifted a little bit actually a lot

▶ 3:32 Speaker 1: so I can so I can tell you that so a good deal of this account is used for part to have participant fees come out and pay instructors other things this account is used for include like miscellaneous items like program supplies would be the internet cost we have a public internet cost that we pay we have like New York Times subscription for our current events class there's some carpet cleaning and upholstery and repairs little bit of equipment repairs and also like a tremendous amount of paper products and office products and refreshments and so it's all miscellaneous kinds of things that hasn't changed at all those costs were the this account was being used for those costs before it's really the programming part of it that has changed

Lemmerman: chairman i was just wondering just looking at your numbers that you provided us um looks like you're just under 500 away from your your cap now so far as of april 27th is that right so um so that and that needs to get you through to the end of the fiscal year are you is that are you finding that you're going to have to restrict it all as a result of that um if tonight is not approved
