▶ 3:09 Speaker 4: the dpw runs under several budgets over the course of the fiscal year and it's become customary at this point to come forward and transfer surpluses into areas where we incurred some unanticipated deficits in general that's what this order does it takes some funding from the majority of funding is from our automotive salary where we had a vacancy for three months and then a position which was downgraded brings it to various other accounts that are in or are projecting to go into deficit by the end of the fiscal year this is simply a housekeeping order it doesn't impact

▶ 4:18 Speaker 4: business districts with former employees on a part-time basis seasonally and that's what the part-time salary covers we expanded that program a bit and given that it didn't snow we extended it into the fall and started it earlier in in March when other areas of town still snow covered but downtown was clean so we quickly went back into it I knew I had a I had the surplus in other areas
