▶ 32:16 Speaker 1: the mayor is asking for an override i'm sure we need the money but there are ways i think that we can save money in the city right now via overtime specifically the thing that always catches my eye is the city yard operation on the weekends right now i could be wrong and mr sena will maybe clarify for me later i think all those guys are making overtime on the weekend and because the city yard is now open from april the beginning of april till the second week in december that's pretty much the whole year and my suggestion is that we create a second shift so men would work tuesday through saturday on straight time and have sunday and monday off And I believe that maybe we need an operator for the loader truck and a driver for the dumpster truck.

▶ 33:17 Speaker 1: Well, it appears to me, once again, when I'm down the city yard, the loader truck guy and the dumpster guy are in the city yard not doing anything after 1 o'clock. So I'm proposing that those two men work 8 to 12. and then okay maybe we might because they're in maybe a separate category we would have to you know pay them over time but I really believe that making a second shift of Tuesday through Saturday for four men to work the city yard will save the city a significant amount of money all right thanks
