Medeiros: filed this order suggesting that you know the mayor hopefully remind staff that we would at all possible like to receive materials at least 48 hours before our meetings and when in fact we do receive communications the same day as our meeting that a printed copy be brought to our meetings for us to look because I know you know many of us work outside of this chamber this isn't the full-time thing and then it can be very difficult depending on your employer or just our expectations on whether or not we can actually receive these kinds of email communications throughout the day the days of our meetings and you know I think that it would make it more conducive to sometimes we get new information it's kind of a small screen to read and digest it very quickly so I had suggested that I didn't want to put too much of a burden on our clerk of committee and our city clerk to make the copies so I would ask that whoever
