This is a portion of our meeting where anybody from the general public may approach the table and speak on behalf of the two agenda items we have before us. The first is order number 2016-19, an acceptance of a fire alarm systems upgrade donation and the amount of $10,500 to fund number 2883. Chief Leary could not be here tonight, but he did write something that is in all of our packets.
