It basically says that order number 2016-86 requests that $3,600 be transferred into the Human Resources Advertising Account in order to pay for job announcements. Of this amount, $585 is required for existing invoices. The remainder will be used for upcoming job advertisements. To date, we have advertised for 13 positions, most of which were vacated due to retirements and rest due to employees voluntarily leaving our employee. All these positions are budgeted. They are not new positions. For the remainder of fiscal year 2016, we anticipate advertising for five to six additional roles. And it also indicates that it's anticipated that five or six additional vacancies look like they're going to transpire during the course of the year. And it looks like the intention is to fill all of those positions. So it looks, just so everybody knows what the game plan is here as we go forward. It looks like there's no loss of any positions due to attrition during this year that the administration has been filling every vacant position and intends to continue to do so. And it's just a nugget that we should keep in the back of our mind as we approach budget time.
