Public participation for the Finance Committee is concluded. We do have the one agenda item before us. I've just read the order. Marion Long could not be with us tonight, but we do have an email. I will read that for the people watching at home. It basically says that order number 2016-86 requests that $3,600 be transferred into the Human Resources Advertising Account in order to pay for job announcements. Of this amount, $585 is required for existing invoices. The remainder will be used for upcoming job advertisements. To date, we have advertised for 13 positions, most of which were vacated due to retirements and rest due to employees voluntarily leaving our employee. All these positions are budgeted. They are not new positions. For the remainder of fiscal year 2016, we anticipate advertising for five to six additional roles.
