▶ 0:02 Scott M. Forbes: Good evening. It is 7 30. Welcome to the Committee on Finance. My name is Alderman Scott Forbes. I'm the Finance Committee Chairman. With us tonight, we have members of the Finance Committee, including Alderman Tramontozzi, who also serves as Vice Chair. Other members of the Finance Committee include Alderman Zwirko, Alderman Bright, Alderman Mortimer, President Kahn. Non-voting members of the Finance Committee that are here this evening include Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman Boisselle, and Alderman Medeiros.
