So I'm actually a Melrose native and went to Moro's high school but then I went to college Notre Dame and started my career as a environmental planner and scientist where I worked for about ten years mostly projects in Massachusetts went to get a law degree at Suffolk at night and been working as a real estate and land use attorney for past eight years or so most of my work is in the planning field land use zoning field so i thought the planning board might be a good fit for my background a lot of my projects are based in massachusetts eastern part of massachusetts in particular but through a couple of my roles i've got experience working in doing zoning and land use work in almost every state in the country so that's been a nice way to get some experience outside of massachusetts scheme of doing things so i'm pretty familiar with i've been involved with the highlands redevelopment effort helped out with one of the committees there i've met with denise on a couple of occasions as they did some of the term on street rezoning and i looked at some of those issues so i think it's It's an honor to help out and lend any assistance that I can.
