We are joined this evening by Committee members, Ward 1 Alderman John Tramontozzi, Ward 7 Alderman scott forbes ward 6 alderman peter mortimer an ex-officio member of the president board of alderman donald khan we also have non-voting members of the committee joining us tonight they are alderman at large mary beth mcature margolis alderman at large monica medeiros ward 2 alderman jennifer lemmerman ward 4 alderman robert boizel and ward 5 alderman gail inferna this meeting is being recorded as well as being broadcast live on mmtv and copies of the meeting are available for viewing from the city's website as well as mmtv's website as well the public service committee has two orders before it this evening before the committee addresses those orders the chair will entertain a motion to open the floor for participation motion to open the floor for public participation is by alderman peter mortimer second seconded by alderman scott forbes on the motion all in favor aye any opposed
