▶ 0:00 Scott M. Forbes: Good evening. It is 725. This is the Committee on Finance. My name is Alderman Scott Forbes. I'm your Finance Committee Chairman. Members of the Finance Committee include Alderman Tramontozzi, who also serves as Vice Chair. Voting members are Alderman Wright, Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Zwirko, and President Kahn. Non-voting members that are present here tonight include Alderman Boisselle and Alderman Medeiros. And before we get to public participation, I mean Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Lemmerman, I apologize. And before we get to public participation, this meeting is being recorded.
