▶ 9:36 Speaker 5: what exactly that is yes this is a it's an annual transfer that we make the municipal appropriation requirement is set by the Massachusetts board of library commissioners and it is a funding for our budget that we are required to hit a certain mark each year in order to remain state certified so all of the municipalities in Massachusetts meet the requirements to stay certified and that's what allows all of us to have access to all the statewide databases that we have online as well as the entire interlibrary loan system throughout
