Medeiros: Franklin Street thank you thank you yes I have to echo the sentiments that have been said here you know we love having you in the community and very impressed with everything that you've done and all your generosity as well and um i i would be remiss without saying that this is a new use for this uh location to have a restaurant there so it's it might be a little bit of a a challenge and i know you're very familiar with the neighborhood and operating there just across the street and other restaurants so i i know you will keep in you know in consideration the the neighbors and of course and keep it going and but i think it exciting it's a great building that you're in it's exciting to see it used and you know bring some vibrancy to that area so we are looking forward to it and you can't wait to try the food
