▶ 6:03 Speaker 4: it well because of early voting we obviously had to buy a lot more supplies so we're just transferring the money out we had to buy more cabinets to secure all the ballots we had over 5 000 people early vote and we had to secure all of those we had to buy the screens to put up for the early voting in here it's just extra stuff that we didn't count on we just didn't realize how many people would do use the early voting any reimbursement from the state not yet they were
