▶ 6:06 Speaker 3: are watching us at home this evening what we're doing is we're not voting to approve or disapprove any licenses these are people a one category is licensees who've met all of the licensing requirements to renew their licenses have filed all their papers with the city clerk and basically as a matter of of record-keeping we are putting these on file so that they become a part of the records of the Board of Aldermen and then there are various licenses which for a variety of reasons were not renewed and we are going to make them a part of the records of the Board of Aldermen to acknowledge that those licenses are not not being renewed at this time we will be doing the same thing with second-class motor vehicle licenses so for anybody who can't understand what we're doing that's the purpose of this exercise tonight is basically to put these licenses amongst the records the permanent records of the
