Before we proceed with that, please let me inform members of the public here that most of you are here on an order and a public hearing that we'll be having at the full board meeting, probably in just a few minutes. In appropriations tonight, we are having an order that is probably best described as a matter of housekeeping. We have completed a contract with the police labor union, and we are just finding a way to fund it. So if you're here to speak about the big order, for lack of a better term, that we have tonight, this is not the time for you to come forward, that will be at 8 o'clock. This is only if you wish to speak about the contract with the police and how it will be funded.
