▶ 3:20 Speaker 1: welcome her to hopefully joining the Commission on women I was very impressed with her credentials and I'm happy to present her tonight you've seen by my resume I work at the Harvard Graduate School of Education as an academic advisor or I'm active in issues related to diversity equity and inclusion and I've been active on the committee on concerns of women at Harvard I'm also a parent my son is a kindergartner at Lincoln School and my daughter is in preschool at time time preschool about to be teachable moments and I'm particularly interested in equity regarding pay issues and I'm interested in challenges facing caregiving I have young children and my mom also has Alzheimer's so I'm facing both ends of the spectrum in terms of caregiving and know traditionally a lot of that falls on women so that's a concern of mine as well
