Zwirko: Before we take up public comment this evening, I just wanted to welcome everybody back. from May and June we spend seems like more time here than with our families so after having about three and a half weeks off it's nice to see everyone again so I hope you're enjoying your summer and thanks for all of your hard work in May and June getting the fiscal year budget through I also wanted to state that this meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law this meeting can be watched not only on MMTV but also online you can You can get a link there from the city's website, and it is mmtv3.org.
