▶ 0:03 Ryan Williams: Okay, here we go. Good evening everyone. Today is Monday, March 9th, 2026, and this is a meeting of the Boards and Commissions Committee of the City, council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members councilors Elizabeth Cowell, counselor Kim Vandiver, and President Brad Freeman, ex officio. This serves as a notice for quorum and a roll call. So the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded, and it is also being broadcast by our partners at MTV and live streamed on their website@mmtv3.org. At this time, I wanna motion by unanimous consent to approve the minutes from the March 2nd, 2026 meeting without reading, and I see no objections. So those minutes are approved.
