I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members councilors Elizabeth Cowell, counselor Kim Vandiver, and President Brad Freeman, ex officio. This serves as a notice for quorum and a roll call. So the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting law.
