Lemmerman: that they actually made an error and they do not in fact have to install a conduit and so this public hearing is no longer necessary as the board does not need to vote to allow for it since it won't be happening they were able to run a line from an existing poll to the property in question for that reason we will not be holding the public hearing i do though i know that all residents were
