Mortimer: right well great congratulations that's it thanks chairman looking through the paperwork mr chairman i noticed that there is a signature usually present from sergeant gawk of the melrose police department that is absent on the paperwork i would not want to hold this up and i will make a motion to recommend this order for passage but i would ask that we go ahead and get that signature for before this uh order goes before the full board meeting absolutely vice chair one more i think um

MacMaster: that is something which we should be able to get from the clerk's office just for the record we do have other documents relative to this application that i'd just like to put on the record we have the application for a livery license we have a report from the fire department as vice chair Mortimer mentioned that we don't have a report or certification from the police department which we will seek for his request we have a workers compensation insurance affidavit a tax certification form the certificate of registration from the rmv in proof of commercial automobile insurance and mr dejar you're aware that the registration looks like it expires november 19th so that is something you'll have to uh okay you'll have to get that i have to renew
