▶ 37:19 Speaker 1: McAndrew and that brings us to the announcements of the chair under those announcements we have two items the first is the wrong agenda of included the updated rolling agenda in the packet for the committee's review and I would like to just briefly bring the committee's attention to two upcoming events first of all on September 8th we have the Victorian Fair we will have a booth at the Victorian Fair as we always do and as is noted in the notes here member participation is requested in two hour blocks and if you could each contact me individually to tell me when during that day you'd be available to help staff the booth secondly I just would like to draw the committee's attention to the next item on September 14th this is a Saturday meeting we have scheduled it's our biannual retreat meeting it's scheduled for 10 o'clock on Saturday September 14th and we'll take care of committee business but also more importantly or equally importantly we will discuss our goals for the upcoming year any questions or comments with regard to the rolling agenda
