▶ 0:38 Speaker 1: Thank you very much. First order of business this evening is an executive session. The school committee does have need for an executive session this evening. We will be returning to public session immediately following our executive session. And let me, for the record, state the basis for our need for an executive session this evening. One, to approve the executive session minutes of June 25, 2019. Two, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining regarding a letter of agreement with the Teamsters Union Local 25 Administrators Unit when an open discussion would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the school committee. Three, to consider lease negotiations for the Beebe School property at 263 West Foster Street, Melrose, Mass. as discussion and open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the school committee. And lastly, as required pursuant to Mass General Laws Chapter 71, Sections 34D and 34E, as well as Title 603 of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations Chapter 23, all relating to student confidentiality.
