Historically, this board calls for

This year will be December 2nd, and I'm publicly announcing that it's my intent to seek election to the presidency of the board. And I would ask the councilor's consideration in that, and I appreciate that.

▶ 2:00:24 Scott M. Forbes: I know tomorrow morning at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School, they have their Veterans Day Assembly. Also on Saturday, we're actually proud to announce that we will be having an inaugural comedy event that launches the Bill Forbes Foundation. This foundation is going to be locally grown here in Melrose to help veteran causes and certain projects that I know that my dad was very, very passionate about, so we're happy to launch that. That'll be Saturday night at the VFW in Melrose at 428 Main Street, and then on Monday there will be Veterans Day observances, I believe starting at 10 o'clock over at Memorial Hall where they'll do the memorial walk as such. SO WE HOPE TO SEE AS MANY PEOPLE FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC OUT THERE.
