Joining me are Vice Chair, Councilor Jamaleddine, and voting members, Councilor McMaster, Councilor Migliorelli, and President Garibaitis, and non-voting members, Councilor Tramontozzi, Councilor Thomas, and Councilor Fenella. this provides notice of a quorum for the record um pursuant to governor baker's march 12 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's march 15th order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place this meeting of the health education welfare committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible who post audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and mmtv3.org public comment is also always encouraged by emailing city council at cityofmelrose.org at this time i look favorably upon a motion to open a public comment some moved second there's
