I'm Chairwoman Lila Migliorelli. and joining me are voting members, Councillor Garipay, Councillor Jamaleddine, Councillor McMaster, and President Grigorez-Exificio, and non-voting members, Councillor Sinella, Councillor Eccles, Councillor McNaught, and Councillor Tramontozzi. pursuant to governor baker's march 12th order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's march 15th order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place this meeting of the finance committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible we will post audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and on mmtv um at mmtv3.org i would now like to entertain a motion to open
