Tramontozzi: Also present this evening, voting members, Councilors Tanneller, Councilor Eccles, Councilor Migliorelli, Vice President Ex Officio, Councilor Grigoraitis, and also non-voting members present, Councilors McMaster, Councilor Jamal Dedeen, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas, Councilor Garipay, and I think that is everybody. With that in mind, I'll take a motion to suspend the rules. Well, first, let me just say this. We need a motion for public comment.

Tramontozzi: this is the opportunity for any members of the public who wish to make any statements or comments there is one order this evening and I'll read it just into the record now order number 2021-34 which is an order to amend And Section 152-12 of the Code of the City of Melrose for the purpose of waiving common victual fees for calendar 2021. This order was sponsored by President Ex Officio, Councilor Grigoraitis, and also a voting member, Councilor Migliorelli. Any members of the public wish to make any comment?
