Tramontozzi: thank you good evening uh the hour is now 6 55 pm on uh monday november 16 2020 this is the city of Steve Melrose Legal and Legislative Committee meeting, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order, suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 18 in the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order, imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. meeting of the legal legislative committee will be conducted by way of remote participation to the greatest extent possible we will post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and on mmtv cityofmelrose.org and mm3.org uh just uh to uh present this evening As myself, Chairman Tramontozzi, Councilor Tramontozzi, also Vice Chair, Councilor McNaught, I don't see him yet. He is there. He's behind a thing on my screen.
