▶ 14:47 Christopher Cinella: counselor yes madam president um it is my hope that um because we have we have six orders uh before us on the calendar which none of them need to be voted on to be removed out of committee but my hope was to conjoin uh order 2021-46 along with 2021-47 2021-49 2021-44 2021-45 and 2021-51 for purposes of eliminating a few roll call votes i know the clerk of committees can still go through and read them off but i just thought seeing that they all come from appropriations with a recommendation of passage that um i could motion to and join them all um to lump them together for one vote or two votes really essentially second
