▶ 12:55 Mark Garipay: Thank you madam president. So this order was sent to the finance committee where it has been without activity at my request. Council of Tramatozzi and I who sponsored this are working with the administration to give them a little bit more time to provide a six-month financial picture of where we are as a city. They will be coming before the finance committee, talking to the CFO, Mr. De La Russo. He was hoping to come back sometime in January once all the numbers come in. So I make a motion that we hold this order in committee.
