This is the public service committee of the city of city council pursuant to governor. makers March 12, 2020 orders suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law, general laws chapter 30A, section 18. In the governor's March 15, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that we gather in 1 place. This meeting of the public service committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording. Transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of Melrose website and on view at dot org. So, this time, I just just, I forgot to call the, the role and I am a chairman with the us this evening at voting members. Councilors McMaster, Vice Chair, also Councilors Jamaleddine, Garipay, Thomas, and Sinella, President Ex Officio.
