▶ 1:04 Jeff McNaught: i'll throw him in counselor thomas and president sanella i do want to make note that our fellow counselor tram and chozy is not able to be with us this evening as he is at his daughter's graduation out of state so we wish them the best and congratulations on that graduation but the attendance i've announced does provide notice of a quorum for the record Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law and the Governor's March 15, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather together in one place, this meeting of the Appropriations Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video, recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City Council website, or the City of Melrose website, and on mmtv3.org.
