▶ 16:58 Leila Migliorelli: All right, let's get started. Good evening everyone. The time is 7.02 PM on Thursday, October 14th. This is a meeting of the Finance Committee, and I am Chairwoman Laila Migliorelli, and joining me are Vice Chair Rob Stewart and voting members, Councillor Garipay, Councillor Jamaleddine. And I know that President Sinella is not here this evening, and Councillor Tramontozzi is not here as well. Non-voting members, Councillors Echols, Grigoraitis, and McMaster are also joining us as well. Pursuant to the suspension of certain provisions of the open meeting law, this meeting of the Finance Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV3.org. The public can find online access instructions to view this meeting at the cityofmelrose.org backslash remote hyphen meetings. Um, so now we come to the public comment portion, I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Um, counselor Stewart.

▶ 18:30 Leila Migliorelli: Okay, so I'm just going to continue on with the public comment piece and let Councilor Tramm and Josie come in. So, I'm motioning by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment and this is a portion of the meeting where anyone can speak on any item on our agenda tonight. So, seeing no objection, we are now open for public comments. Mr. Clerk, is there anyone in the queue for public comment?

Um, and since we have, um, some members of the, um, city administration, um, and the state government to, um, with us tonight, I'd like.
