  5. ORDER-2013-23 : Requesting that the Melrose Board of Aldermen invite members of the State Delegation to appear before the Appropriations Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen to address the MWRA and other water and sewer issues as set forth herein.
  6. ORDER-2013-24 : Requesting that an independent consultant be engaged by the City to study and assess water and sewer issues as set forth herein.

CITY OF MELROSE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE CALENDAR● OCTOBER 22, 2012 Aldermanic Chamber Committee Meeting 7:30 PM The public should take notice that the Melrose Board of Aldermen may, on certain occasions, have a quorum in attendance due to standing committees of the Board of Aldermen consisting of both voting and non-voting members. Members attending this duly posted meeting are participating and deliberating only in conjunction with the business of the standing committee.
