So this petition basically is for a customer at 21 Pilgrim Road here in Melrose. national group installing a single three inch secondary country from my existing pole approximately eight feet not each towards the property so the customer service currently is overhead he wants to relocate you know he wants to move it on the ground that's the reason why we're here for this question thank you thank you sir um mysteries do you have anything to say from the city from the department works public works this research is still muted we can't hear
