  11. Appointment of Kim LaFontana, 11 Pilgrim Road, to the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building Trustees, to fulfill the term of Mary Sexton; said term to expire the last day of February 2028.

Such information will include, but is not limited to: data retention, access, and sharing policies, including any agreements with federal agencies, private companies, or other municipalities; the legal authority and policy basis under which each technology was acquired and deployed; and existing oversight, audit, and accountability mechanisms, including how misuse is identified and addressed.
