Uh, I would like to just note for the record, this might seem a little strange to people watching, but there's a memo in the agenda set IQM two that describes that this is how we balance the budget towards the end of the year by making cash transfers so that we can keep fiscal year 25 revenue to cover fiscal year 25 deficits. And we can only do it after May 1st. So that's why we're doing it. Just wanna say that out loud 'cause it's kind of buried in the thing. And I'll make a motion to approve.
