I am Maya Jamine, pronounced. She and her the chair. And joining me are Vice Chair Williams, councilor Repe, Kara Sheti, Stewart Panchi, Romano Hamilton, and President Ley Exofficio. This serves as notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. Um, and now for the public comment portion, I would like

This is the portion of the meeting where, where anyone from the public can come forward and speak on any item on the agenda for tonight. Um, do we have anyone online seeing? Uh, no. Uh, one from the public, in person or online is, uh, participating? I will motion by unanimous consent to close public comment. Uh, and public comment is now closed, uh, for the first order, uh, and the only order on our agenda ID number 12, uh, 21 4, uh, request to set a public hearing on classification of property for December 2nd, 2024. And, um, subsequently, uh, determine the classification of property.
