I'm Council Oppe the chair tonight. Joining me, a voting, voting members Councilor Stewart, council Ro, council Williams and President Mi, um, also vote. Joining us are non-voting members. Uh, councilor Roal Chen. Uh, Jamal Ledine, counselor Ka Shady Vandiver and Hamilton. This meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded. Live on MMTV and will be available on the city website, www.city mars.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with the unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Seeing no objections, public comment is now open.
