This is a meeting of the finance committee. My name is Devin Role. I'm the acting chair for the committee this evening. Um, also in attendance are, uh, committee member, uh, Williams and President ex officio Micelli. I'm also joined by non-voting members, Fiocchi, Reky, Hamilton, and in just a moment, gareg. Um, all right. In accordance with the open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. I'll motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment.
