I am Councilor Garipay, the chair joining me are voting members, councilor Ro, counselor Osky, councilor Hamilton, um, and President Elli. Also joining our non-voting members, uh, councilor Jamal Ledine. This is a meeting of the Protection Licensing Committee. Is this meeting of the Protection License Committee is being recorded? Live on mm TV and will be available online on the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of the meeting. Seeing no objections, public comment is now open.

We have two licenses before us that require a vote. License number 2021 dash one Gasoline storage licenses Post Deadline renewal 2024. Um, this is a license that needs to be placed on file. What is the will of the committee?
▶ 1:39 Mark Garipay: I'd like to make a motion to. Is it recommend placed on file? Second, We have a motion to place on file by council Ro Seconded by Council Hamilton on discussion. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? That license will be recommended to be placed on file at the next city Council meeting license. Uh, second item on the agenda is license number 2025 dash two New Common Vicular application, Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. Um, at this time we have the, um, applicant in front of us. I will entertain a motion to suspend Rule 37 B so that we can hear from him. So moved. Second, We have a motion to suspend rules 37 B by Councilor Hamid, seconded by President Elli on discussion. Uh, I'm one of the owners of Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. Uh, we start our first business in Midford. That's 20 years ago. Then we expand to Melrose. We have Somerville, we have Everett Peabody, and we've been here for, since 2010 in Melrose. But we have, uh, like a fire accident there and we've been doing some walk in the store and we hope we reopen again. That's all. So if you have any question, uh, I'm happy to answer. Thank you.
