Members attending this duly posted meeting are participating and deliberating only in conjunction with the business of the standing committee. Uh, the time is 8:30 PM and this is a meeting with the finance committee. I'm Councilor Stewart, the chair. And joining me are Vice Chair of vandiver and Counselors, uh, Williams Roal and Melli, uh, president Exofficio. We also have non-voting members, um, counselors Hamilton and, um, council Occhio and, uh, uh, cons. I'm sorry, I blank sometimes. Counselee, jammal ine. Sorry.
▶ 1:26:33 Robb Stewart: Okay. Um, this provides notice of a quorum of the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on a local cable access t uh, channel MMTV, as well as live streamed on the MMTV website and available for future viewing for the Melrose meeting portal. Uh, and without objection, I'll open the floor for public comment. No objection. Public comment is now open. Is there anybody that wishes to come forward to speak on the one matter, one item on the agenda? Anybody on mind? Not at this Time. Okay. Thank you. Uh, without objection, I'll close public comment. Public comp is now closed, and at this time I'll entertain a motion to recess. A motion To recess. Second.
▶ 1:47:09 Leila Migliorelli: we are suggesting that questions could be raised at the full council level and that, uh, if, if it is the will of the committee, uh, we can move forward with this order, but I will leave that at the will of the committee. So what is the will true president, uh, uh, Councilor Stewart? I ju Yeah, just to, um, echo the chair, chair Stewart remarks, um, I think that given the time constraints that we have in terms of getting this, the election on the ballot, and we have already, um, motion to recommend the question itself. Um, I think if we have any questions about this order, as Chair Stewart said, we can ask them of, um, the city clerks law as related to holding elections. We could do that on Monday in the full council.
▶ 1:48:00 Robb Stewart: I feel comfortable, um, moving forward recommending this order to the full counsel, um, based on that and based on the conversation that we had earlier in appropriations. So I, um, motion to recommend and then on just yeah. Second. So we have a motion to recommend by President Elli, seconded by Vice Chair Vandiver under discussion. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? Alright. This passage and this will be brought to the full council, and, uh, I've been assured that, uh, uh, um, clerk Foot will be there, uh, next Monday evening. Uh, without any further ado, uh, and without, um, objection, I'll motion to adjourn. So moved. Second. You adjourned.
