I am Cons, Garate, the chair joining me are voting members of Cons of Fanuc, chiro and Cons. Hamilton. Uh, this meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded and live on MMTV and will be available online on the city website www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with the unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. As a reminder, this is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak to items on our agenda, in person or remotely seeing no members in our gallery. Tonight we have six licenses before us that require a vote to place on file. The first license is 2024 dash 12 gasoline and storage license renewals commencing for licensing period May 1st through April 30th, 20 May 1st, 2024 through April 30th, 2025. What is the will of the committee? I'd like to make a motion to place on file. Second, I have a motion to place on file by Council Fiero second and by counsel a Hamilton on discussion. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? That license will get recommended to be placed on file at the next city council meeting
