As a reminder, this, uh, portion of the meeting is where any member of the public may speak to items on our agenda, in person or remotely seeing no members in person, um, ready to speak. It's an ownership transfer, which requires a vote.

At this time, um, I will entertain a motion to, uh, excuse me, to suspend rule 37 B so that we can hear from the applicant. Make a motion to suspend rule 37 B.
